Meet the Experts
Justin Wharton began his property management career in 1988
with a clear goal of assisting off-Cape homeowners struggling to manage their properties from a distance. Through decades, his team and network of professionals on Cape Cod have expanded and been refined. The business name may have changed but Justin's long-standing employees and clients will all say the same thing: if you entrust your home with Justin, it will be impeccably cared-for.
José Geraldo began working for HomeWatch, Justin's prior company, in 2007 and continued until forming Barroso Home Services in 2017. Jose recently became a Partner at Vigilant this year, and he is dedicated to completing a range of projects while building long-lasting relationships with clients. As a highly-skilled tradesman, Jose loves to get his hands dirty and will personally stop at nothing until the job is done.
